Data Deletion Instructions
Davdigi Studio · studio.davdigi.com · Last updated 8 August 2026
This page explains how to have data held by Davdigi Studio deleted. There are two ways: delete it yourself from inside the Service, or send us a request.
Option 1 — Disconnect an account yourself
Signing in to the Service and disconnecting a social account immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token for that account, along with the profile details retrieved from it. Go to Social Accounts, choose the account, and select Disconnect.
Option 2 — Request full deletion by email
Send an email to listingdav@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include:
- the email address of the Davdigi Studio account, and
- the social media account or platform concerned, if the request covers only part of the data.
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. You receive written confirmation once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens and credentials for connected platforms
- Profile information retrieved from those platforms
- Draft, scheduled, and published post records held in the Service
- Media files uploaded to the Service
- Performance metrics collected for your content
- The operator account itself, if full deletion is requested
What we cannot delete
Content already published to a social media platform continues to exist on that platform. Deleting data here does not remove a live post from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, or Google Business Profile — delete those directly on the platform, or use the Service to delete them before requesting account deletion.
Server logs containing technical request records are rotated automatically and are not retrievable per-user; they contain no post content or credentials.
Revoking access at the platform
You can also cut off access from the platform side at any time, independently of any request to us:
- Facebook / Instagram — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Threads — Settings → Account → Website permissions
- Google / YouTube — myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access
- TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions
