Terms of Service

Davdigi Studio ("the Service") is a social media management tool operated by Davdigi, based in Indonesia. These terms govern use of the Service. By signing in and using it, you agree to them.

1. Access and accounts

The Service is provided to client organisations as a managed service. Accounts are created by Davdigi rather than through public self-service sign-up, and each client is given a separate workspace. You may use the Service only with an account issued to you, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you compose posts, upload media, schedule content, publish it to social media accounts you have connected, and view performance metrics for that content. Publishing happens only for posts you create, at the times you set.

3. Connected social accounts

You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorised by their owner to manage. When you connect an account, the platform issues an access token that the Service stores and uses solely to carry out actions you request. You can disconnect an account at any time, which deletes the stored token immediately.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Meta Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the terms of any other platform you connect. If a platform suspends, restricts, or removes your account or your content, that is a decision of the platform and not of Davdigi.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images, and video you upload. You grant Davdigi permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to the platforms you publish to. You are responsible for holding the rights necessary to publish what you post, including rights to photographs, video, music, trademarks, and any depiction of property or people.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• publish content that violates the rules of a connected platform, including spam, artificial engagement, or misleading claims;
• operate accounts you are not authorised to operate, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other clients' workspaces, or the servers it runs on;
• resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement.

6. Optional AI features

The Service includes optional AI assistance for drafting captions and generating media. These features are inactive unless a client supplies their own AI provider key. When used, the relevant prompt or caption text is sent to that provider for processing. AI output can be inaccurate; you remain responsible for reviewing anything generated before it is published.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but it may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control, including failures at hosting providers or connected platforms. Scheduled publishing depends on those platforms accepting the request at the scheduled time, which we cannot guarantee.

8. Fees

Where the Service is provided under a paid arrangement, fees, billing period, and scope are set out separately in the agreement between Davdigi and the client. These terms do not by themselves create a payment obligation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if use of the Service puts connected platforms or other clients at risk, or if a client relationship ends. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Davdigi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the Service, nor for actions taken by a connected platform against your account or content.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The revised version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the change.

13. Open-source software

Davdigi Studio is built on Postiz, an open-source social media scheduler licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). Postiz is a trademark of its authors and is not affiliated with PT Amanah Kreasi Digital. The Service runs an unmodified release of Postiz (v2.23.0); the Davdigi Studio customisations are delivered as separate scripts that your browser receives in readable form. In line with section 13 of the AGPL-3.0, the corresponding source code of the software running the Service is available at the link above, and our customisation scripts are available on request at davdigi2021@gmail.com.
