Davdigi Studio

Features

Davdigi Studio replaces the spreadsheet-and-reminders routine that most property marketing teams use to run their social accounts. Everything below is part of the product as delivered — there are no add-ons to buy separately.

Publishing calendar

The calendar is the main screen. It shows a week or a month at a time, with every planned post in its slot, coloured by the account it belongs to. A post can be opened, edited, or moved to a different time without leaving the view.

Each entry shows its state: draft, scheduled, published, or failed. A failed entry keeps the reason the platform gave, so it can be corrected and re-queued rather than silently lost.

Publishing to several accounts at once

One post can target any combination of connected accounts. The editor keeps a shared body, and lets you override the caption for a specific platform where the tone or the character limit differs — TikTok and Threads are shorter than a Facebook Page post, for example.

Before scheduling, the tool checks each selected account against that platform's rules: caption length, whether media is required, and whether the format is one the platform accepts. Accounts that would fail are reported before anything is queued, not after.

Bulk upload

A campaign is often planned as a table before it is published. The bulk screen accepts that table directly: one row per post, with the date and time, the caption, a category, the channels to publish to, and a link to the media.

Media links can point to Google Drive or to a Telegram message, which is how most of our clients' photographers deliver footage. The file is fetched on the server, added to the media library, and attached to the post. Progress is shown per row while it runs.

Rows are validated individually. If one row has an incomplete date or an unreachable media link, that row reports the problem and the rest still schedule.

Media library

Every image and video used by the workspace lives in one library. Files uploaded from a computer, pulled from a link, or attached to an earlier post are all in the same place, so a listing's photo set stays together and can be reused across platforms.

Deleting a file from the library removes it from our storage as well, not only from the interface. Files already published to a social platform remain on that platform and must be removed there, which is how those platforms work.

AI caption assistance — optional

A caption can be drafted or rewritten from a short prompt, which is useful when the same listing needs a different angle for each platform. This is off by default. It only works once an operator enters their own API key for an AI provider, and the key is stored on the server, never in the browser.

When the feature is used, the prompt and the caption text are sent to that provider and handled under that provider's terms. No social account data, access token, or audience information is included.

Performance reporting

The analytics screen reports on content published through the tool: reach, views, likes, comments, and follower counts, read from each platform's own reporting API. A date range can be chosen, and the figures for the chosen period are compared against the period immediately before it.

Where a platform only makes a limited window of history available, the screen says so instead of silently showing an incomplete total.

Accounts and separation

Each client organisation gets its own workspace. Connected social accounts, media, posts, and metrics belong to that workspace and are not visible from another one. Workspaces are created by our team; there is no public sign-up.

How that data is stored and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the terms of use are in the Terms of Service.
